The Isle of Ill Fate, commonly called Frog Isle or Frog Island, is an island in the southwestern lake inhabited principally by level 19-20 3 chevron Blue River Frogs. A Named frog, the River Warden, may also spawn there.

Tier 3 (level 20) forestry mats spawn there, but there are no prospector mats on the island.

There are two docks on the island, which may be reached by swimming or by using a teleport from boats on the shore. There are two quest updates on the island, both of which are on or near the northern dock. Scavenging Supplies has its first update at the pile of boxes at the end of the dock, and The Tradeswoman's Lament has an update at an axe sticking up from the ground just off the docks.

Dock with both quest updates, The Tradewoman's Lament in forground and Scavenging Supplies near end of dock.
