Head East from the quest giver atop a hill where the smugglers camp is. Interact with the weapon rack at the back of the camp.

Reward: Smuggler's Gloves, Vambraces, Helm.

Locate for the guard more of the cache of missing weapons.

Head South East from quest giver to the entrance of Central veins East in the wooden building is a weapons cache can interact with.
