Kane spawns in the northern section of Meadowlands anywhere that Exiles spawn. He can spawn in the exile camp full of 3 chevron Exiles as well as anywhere a 1 chevron Exile spawns. He has been found as far west as the entry to Redshore to all the way east in the trees past Gerrin's Camp. To spawn him, simply kill Exiles until he spawns. He visually has a red skin tone, similar to the occasional exile.
